  • As the water starts to boil, add onions, tomatoes and finely chopped green chillies. Add some salt, pepper and half a tablespoon of paprika powder.
  • Let it cook on a low flame.
  • Next, shred some parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella. Add the mixture of cheeses into the pan of the cooked noodles. Cover it with a lid and let it sit on a low flame.
  • As the cheese on the top starts melting, open the lid and serve.
